Shipping & Delivery
1. What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping within the UK on all orders. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery.
2. Do you deliver to collection points or lockers?
Currently, we deliver only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery to collection points or parcel lockers is not available at this time.
3. What are your delivery times?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6:00 PM (GMT) are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated time: 6–9 business days.
Please note: during busy periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), delivery may take longer.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your order online.
5. Which delivery partners do you work with?
We work with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, and other reliable partners to ensure safe delivery.
6. What if my parcel hasn’t arrived or is lost?
First, check your tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email. If there are no updates, please contact us at info@styleomall.com.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged on arrival, please email us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
8. How can I return an item?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

9. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
10. Who pays for return shipping?

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
