2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the United States — there are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

4. How long does shipping take?

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

5. What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
 You can click the link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Do you accept exchanges?

Yes! We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for new and unused products.
 Please contact our support team before returning the item to arrange an exchange.

9. How do I return an item?

To return an item:

Email us at info@styleomall.com with your order details.

We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Ship the item back to us by mail.
Please note that customers cover the return shipping cost.

10. Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

11. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

12. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@styleomall.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
